Monitor(s) Displays: Asus VP279 27", Samsung BX2431 24" i don't no i'm all new to this stuff and ssd so not sure what to do lol. any ideas as it should hold its place like the other apps, but it dose not.Īlso read a article that says never put SSD to sleep and turn all this stuff off like hard drive stuff turn it to never, turn off sleep and let the laptop do its thing. But whatever that did not solve the issue and i can't figure out what is causing this and that's bad because if i'm in a zoom meeting and leave and it decides to close out like say i go to the bathroom, then bam meeting over for me and not good. so should i leave his setting what the hard drive turn off at 999999 or put it back at 15 min i don't no. but as i found out that is not the case and it still does it. why not just turn it not to shut off is beyond me but i did not question him. Very strange issue google chrome closes out when laptop sleeps, and when i wake it up i have to reload it, HP support guy connected said oh its the hard drive turning off that does it, he went in and set the hard drive to turn off at 999999.
